Cancellation

Room reservation can be cancelled 48 hours without penalties.

Hotels

Without the card holder's signature, hotels are entitled to charge, to the customer's Visa card or MasterCard in arrears, any reasonable non-invoiced in-room service, telephone, minibar, dining and other expenses, as well as uncancelled hotel reservations.

No show charge

A hotel may charge a no-show charge equal to one night's accommodation, including tax, to the customer's credit card, if the customer has a reservation but fails to turn up or cancel the booking.
